Infinity Dance and Wellness is all about fun, alternative ways of getting fit while getting in touch with yourself ! Through a variety of dance classes, such as Cardio Striptease, Pole Fitness (with almost 300 moves), Exotic/Goddess Dance, we offer women a place to increase self esteem and self confidence, enhance overall flexibilty and strength, and get in shape or maintain those beautiful curves you already have. It is our goal to give women a fun, alternative form of exercise through dance with some of the most effective styles in teaching women to appreciate themselves and their bodies. Classes are for women of all ages, shapes, sizes as well as the dancing novice to the seasoned pro. Bring out your Inner Divas with us and experience a sense of total mind/body fitness!!! New Classes!!!

It is our goal to constantly offer new classes to fit every woman's fitness level, life style and need. That's why were always expanding our offerings (and we're not even close to being finishes) give each and every one of you a little something! The newest edition to our offerings is Chair Fit: a 45 minute workout using the chair...and we mean workout! In addition, we have Lap/Strip Goddess: a 6 week session teaching you how give a sexy, sensual lap dance and striptease. Last but not least, we have Belly Dance coming in August.
